SEE IT ALL WITH VISTA AT IFSEC

VK2 IP Family 02Visit Vista at stand D1300 at this year’s IFSEC event for a first glimpse of the exciting new range of products that will be launched at the show. With a focus on market-leading innovation, simply presented, visitors to the stand will also be able to view Vista’s extensive range of end to end IP solutions.

IP Networked Monitor
New to the market, Vista will be showing their IP networked monitor. Until now, IP systems have required a conventional monitor and decoder to be used, providing D1 resolution images. The new 24” and 32” IP networked monitors from Vista don’t require a hardware decoder and can display high-definition, 1080p video from a single stream or four D1 streams from separate cameras in quad format. Not only does this save money, it’s also extremely simple to set up and delivers significantly higher resolution images compared to previous models. Because it’s based on ONVIF, it decodes streams from 3rd party cameras – providing the user with the greatest flexibility possible.

QNVR PoE
Sometimes the most innovative changes are the ones we don’t even notice. These changes take place out of sight, offering new technology and creating new possibilities, whilst outwardly letting users interact in a way they know and feel comfortable with.

This is the case with the new 4 and 8 camera Quantum NVRs with in-built PoE switches. Designed specifically to look and operate like a standard Quantum DVR, they help make the switch from analogue to IP as simple as possible. Easy to both install and operate, they are particularly relevant for estates currently using Quantum DVRs that want to move to an IP based system. The in-built PoE switch allows the installer to simply run a cat5e cable from the NVR to the camera position. The QNVR will then supply the power for the camera – removing the need for, and expense of, additional hardware.
