Mayflex Recruits New Director of Sales – Security

IP specialist distributor Mayflex has announced a further strengthening and restructuring of its Physical Security division’s sales team with the appointment of Gary Harmer into the role of Director of Sales.

Gary joins Mayflex from Norbain, where over a 20 year period he led strategic and major account development teams and was involved in many major account and project wins.  Gary joins the business on January 4th 2011, managing the current Mayflex security sales team recently boosted by the recruitment of Neil Jeffrey and Steve Green. He will be responsible for developing the strategic direction of the division, and maximising the sales growth opportunities offered by the increasing adoption of IP based network video and physical security systems.

Andrew Percival, Mayflex UK Managing Director, announces the appointment, “We are delighted to be able to bring so much knowledge and experience of the security market into the business; these opportunities do not come along very often.
